Spilvac is a 100% Australian family-owned company. Founded in 2022, the business was started by a team of professionals who have worked and even pioneered in the Australian vacuum and fabrication industry for over 40 years. Our company has a reputation for quality industrial vacuum generation, product recovery, movement and clean up. The experience of our dedicated staff contributes to the success of the brand.

We come to you with the knowledge gathered over many years combined with state of the art in house manufacturing facility and in house design engineers as well as a strong leadership of customer service and support.

Spilvac has a manufacturing arm of the business called CP Metal Fabrication. CP Metal has been in business for more than 60 years with a team of dedicated and experienced tradespeople.

The Spilvac company doors opened in 2022, but the founders of Spilvac are utilising their vast experience gained in the vacuum industry combined with the fabrication skills & experience and the manufacturing technology and design abilities of the Engineering staff. Combined with our practical application and use of equipment within industry over the years the team are focused on being at the forefront of design by delivering the highest performing, the best quality and lowest energy consumption with user safety at the top of our priorities.

Spilvac Products

Industrial Vacuum - Dry

All Dry Drum lid vacuum Generator products come complete with 4 metres of Anti static hose and earth/ground clamp to protect operators from static and also ensure no build up of static. Product comes with 38mm or 50mm vacuum wand and floor tool. Qty 1 x Dry paper filter comes as standard. If you’re not sure what product best suits your application please contact our team who will assist you and even provide video demonstration with your particular application to give you peace of mind with your purchase. Dry vacuums are designed specifically for vacuuming of dry product only, if product contains moisture refer to our Wet models.

Industrial Vacuum - Wet

All Wet Drum lid vacuum Generator products come complete with 4 metres of anti-static hose and earth/ground clamp to protect operators from static. Each generator comes with 38mm or 50mm vacuum wand and floor tool, and a spun polyester washable filter that can be used time and time again to increase filter life. If you’re not sure what product best suits your application please contact our team who will assist you and even provide video demonstration with your particular application to give you peace of mind with your purchase. Wet vacuums are designed specifically for vacuuming of Wet or dry product due to the float mechanism and filter selection.

Accessories

We provide accessories such as HEPA rated filters, filter socks, drums, drum dollies, other floor tools and hoppers as well as replacement parts.

We have units available for hire and we also work with our hire partners to help our clients to make proper choices. We encourage our clients to contact us to discuss the best option for their individual situations.
